Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

If your order arrives damaged or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@cherrycare.com with photos of the issue, and we will resolve it as quickly as possible.
